Return Policy

If within one year of the purchase date your jewelry piece experiences a defect in the piece under normal wear, we will gladly repair or replace the piece at no cost using comparable materials.

For items damaged after one year of purchase we offer repair of the piece at an additional cost. 

How to send your jewelry for repair: 

• All jewelry returns must be securely packaged ideally in the original box (if applicable). 
• A complete repair form is required, this form can be filled out by a sales associate in the store or online using the contact us form.

Repair Timeline: 

Repairs typically take between 15-20 business days from the day we receive your package to be completed.
